Signing Away....

The day after our walkthrough, we had to go to the title company to sign all of the house/loan papers. Well, actually Ian had to sign, but I went along for moral support. Actually was a lot shorter than I thought it would be. We were there for about 40 minutes. Ian signed all the paperwork, and then the mortgage company gave us our first home present. We got a nice grill set from them, so all we need now is a grill, and a back yard :), doubtful they will be helping us with those!
